Chairman of the Nomination Committee Lesley Knox (56) graduated with an MA in Law from Cambridge, qualified as a lawyer and worked in the UK and US. Subsequently, she worked as a corporate finance adviser, first with Kleinwort Benson, where in 1996 she became a group director. She was also Head of Institutional Asset Management at Kleinwort Benson Investment Management which provided investment services to clients worldwide.

She is the Senior Non-Executive Director of Hays PLC.
