The 123rd Annual General Meeting of Alliance Trust PLC was held on Friday 20th May at the Apex Hotel in Dundee and was attended by around 350 shareholders and guests. At the meeting, Katherine Garrett-Cox, Chief Executive, and Alan Trotter, Finance Director, presented the results for the financial year and Lesley Knox, Chairman, responded to a number of questions from the floor. All resolutions, including the two requisitioned resolutions, were voted in line with the Board's recommendations and a record level of 60% of the shares in issue were voted.
