Next Annual General Meeting

The next Annual General Meeting of the Alliance Trust PLC will take place on Friday 21st May 2010 at the Apex Hotel, Dundee. Full details of the timing and arrangements for voting, will be issued to shareholders in the Notice of Meeting in due course.

Annual General Meeting 2009

The 121st Annual General Meeting of Alliance Trust PLC was held on Friday 22nd May at the Apex Hotel in Dundee and was attended by over 100 shareholders. At the meeting, Katherine Garrett-Cox, Chief Executive, presented the results for the financial year, Dr Shona Dobbie, Chief Economist, spoke on the Global Economic Outlook and Lesley Knox, Chairman, responded to a number of pre-submitted questions.
