Where we have a legal obligation to send a document to each shareholder, such as a Notice of Meeting or Report and Accounts, we will do so. If there is no legal obligation for us to send a document to every shareholder, our usual policy is to send a copy only to the adult shareholder with the same address and family name in a single household whose name appears first on our share register. The document concerned will clearly state that it should be shared among shareholders who live in the same household. This is cost efficient and reduces the amount of paper-based communication.
All such documentation is available for electronic download from this website. It can also be sent electronically to the shareholder’s last known e-mail address. Any shareholder or interested party may request a paper copy by contacting us on 01382 201700 or by e-mailing contact@alliancetrust.co.uk
